Beats ’n Eats: A Food + Music Event

Beats ’n Eats

A Food + Music Event

THE PROJECT

We designed an immersive, one-of-a-kind food and music experience by merging the best elements of both food and culture events in an iconic music venue. Hosted by Chef Robert Irvine of Food Network’s Restaurant Impossible, the event features a family style, seven-course meal prepared and presented by celebrity chefs like Morimoto, Buddy Valastro (Cake Boss), and Marc Vetri, with live music performances from established and emerging artists between each course. My City Gives provided comprehensive event planning and logistics management, strategic partnership development, talent sourcing and outreach, staffing and onsite production. Proceeds from the event benefit The Robert Irvine Foundation.

THE RESULTS

By leveraging an integrated communications strategy (influencer, digital, and press) the inaugural event sold out and raised over $35,000 for charity. Programming included a VIP + Press Reception, Main Event, and a “Coffee + Donuts” After Party featuring a custom donut wall and specialty cocktails.
